The Human Resources Department arranged in advance to build a Daohe club with Dongying Vocational College to reserve practical talents for the company.

On May 22, 2021, 28 students from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Dongying Vocational College, led by Director Yuhui Xiang, paid a visit to our company. General Manager Yaopeng Wang and General Manager of Harway  (Weifang) Zongqing Jia had a cordial discussion with the students, and introduced the current situation and future development plan of the company. Then, they led the teachers and students to visit each department of the company, and explained the responsibilities and work contents of each department. During the visit, Mr. Zhang  had an in-depth exchange with Mr. Li, the manager of Environmental Protection Center, on the waste water problem of pharmaceutical enterprises. They were interested in taking the waste water treatment of the company as a subject for in-depth research.

In the afternoon, the HR Department organized the staff and the teachers and students to play the interactive game of team building and the knowledge competition. We communicated with each other and made the students understand the company culture more truly and properly, which achieved good results.
